Iqvia Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a large-scale data migration program for a world-leading automotive manufacturer. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach, controls, and risk management to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

You will report to senior stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and ensure data accuracy and readiness across multiple workstreams in a global consulting context.

Formación

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migration programs (S/4HANA or similar) preferred.

• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
