Randstad Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a leading automotive manufacturer. You will plan and execute data migration activities, coordinate cross-functional workstreams and define the migration approach.

This role requires experience in data migration methodologies (extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading), strong risk management, and English fluency.

Formación

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in S/4HANA or ERP migrations preferred.
• Fluent/intermediate English for interviews and daily work.
• Available to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
