Job summary

Connections Education Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team and oversee planning and execution of a critical migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

This remote, full-time role requires intermediate to advanced English, with interviews conducted in English, and work hours aligned to UTC 9:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Data migration lead experience in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology (Extraction, Transformation, Cleansing, Validation, Loading).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English for daily work and interviews.
• Available to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).
