Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Client Account Manager II to support a strategic LATAM business across Hispanic markets. You will drive campaign execution, optimization, and measurement rigor while communicating clearly with advertisers.

You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to bring structure, insights, and momentum to a complex regional account, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, account management, or media with campaign performance responsibility.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and business actions.
• Experience managing complex workstreams with tight deadlines and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with partners; proactively communicate performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet partner objectives and requirements.
• Understand partner goals and translate data into compelling stories and recommendations.
• Advise on targeting, bidding, creative, measurement, pacing, and optimization approaches.
• Ensure campaign setup/execution is strong; monitor results and course-correct when needed.
• Support QBRs and performance recaps with clear analysis and recommendations.
• Explain complex solutions clearly in client meetings and handle objections professionally.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities contributing to account growth.
