Job summary

Aleph is seeking a Client Partner for Pinterest to expand our book of business in Croatia. You will own client relationships, plan spend with each account, and identify opportunities to scale across platforms.

This revenue-focused, client-facing role works with major advertisers and agencies to drive platform adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, deliver against targets, and strengthen client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, account management, or a related digital marketing or ad-tech sales role.
• Experience with account planning and revenue forecasting.
• Experience with upsell, cross-sell and pipeline management across more than one product or platform.
• Strong communication skills, as you will be the main point of contact for clients.
• Fluency in Croatian and English.

Responsibilities

• Grow the existing book of business: Build account plans and revenue forecasts based on each client's current spend and scaling plans.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including clients not yet spending on an adjacent platform.
• Manage your pipeline and keep accurate CRM records of all sales activity.
• Forecast revenue weekly, monthly and annually, and deliver against your targets.
