IQVIA invites applications for the Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM (Remote). You will head the Centralized Monitoring team, collaborating with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives in accordance with IQVIA SOPs, while balancing speed, quality and cost across global projects.

The role requires +3 years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), +2 years in a lead role, strong English, and excellent communication, organization and coaching skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables in line with protocol, SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and support project teams with monitoring strategy and RBM tools.
• Develop monitoring strategy, triggers/thresholds, and study management templates.
• Coordinate with study teams and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.
