IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. You will guide the Centralized Monitoring team, ensuring timely delivery of study milestones, quality, and cost efficiency in line with IQVIA SOPs. Expect collaboration with project and clinical leads across multiple LATAM sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical monitoring, strong knowledge of ICH GCP, and proven leadership abilities, plus excellent English communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Manage study resources and coordinate with project and clinical leads.
• Monitor study/site metrics and lead trend analysis with action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools; support monitoring strategy with triggers/thresholds.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
