IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality, and cost of delivery while adhering to regulatory and IQVIA SOPs. The role requires oversight of global monitoring activities and leadership of a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical monitoring with 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication, organization, and mentoring skills to drive continuous improvement across studies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and prioritize work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk, and mitigations.
• Coordinate resource management across CRAs, Central Monitors, and clinical staff.
• Develop analytics strategy and support monitoring strategy and triggers.
• Attend study team/client meetings and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness; mentor junior staff.
