Job summary

Mars is seeking an Associate Relations Country Lead for the Southern Cone to guide a remote AR team and partner with executives across functions. You will foster constructive relationships with unions, governments, and business leaders while driving risk management and change initiatives.

The role emphasizes capability building, data-driven AR decisions, and alignment with Mars Five Principles and The Associate Concept. Hybrid work is based out of Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Law or related fields.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Employee/Labor Relations.
• Previous team leading experience is required.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable employment and labor relations regulations and laws.
• English proficiency; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote team of Associate Relations professionals.
• Manage relationships with unions, works councils and stakeholders.
• Lead collective bargaining with local unions.
• Provide advisory and coaching to business leadership on AR topics.
• Leverage AR analytics to inform people strategies.
• Oversee investigations and ensure compliant resolutions.
