Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Argentina seeks an Americas Learning & Development (L&D) Projects Specialist – Senior Associate to provide advanced operational, process, and technology support for learning projects. You will help QA learning documentation and maintain outcomes in internal systems.

You will produce high quality deliverables and assist on special projects, coordinating with stakeholders across time zones to ensure timely publication and ongoing curriculum maintenance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in professional services or corporate environment preferred.
• Experience in learning and development is preferred.
• Ability to work in international, diverse environments.
• 3–7 years’ work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio feedback and reporting for course maintenance and retirements.
• Maintain facilitator, participant and on-demand materials in SharePoint.
• Support project management for less complex learning projects under senior guidance.
• Create project plans and timelines for programs and courses.
• Communicate progress, risks and benefits to stakeholders to ensure success.
• Support publication and revision in SuccessFactors LMS and item publication workflows.
