EY is seeking a Production Specialist – Senior Associate to manage the learning technology for virtual classes and ensure accurate credit awarding in line with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with learning professionals to deploy virtual classes, set up technology, and support live classrooms.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong detail orientation, with proficiency in Zoom, LMS, Excel and Teams. Occasional peak-season delivery is expected.

Formación

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in Zoom preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills to execute the delivery of multiple classes, including during peak seasons.
• Brand ambassador for learning with ability to respond to learners' questions.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient MS Office Skills with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and Teams.
• Facilitation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the learning technology to deliver an exceptional experience for facilitators and learners in the virtual classroom, including tech setup and event flow documentation.
• Provide feedback to facilitators regarding learning content and effectiveness of activities.
• Instruct facilitators and learners on how to use platform features to meet learning objectives.
• Ensure accurate awarding of credit, confirm agendas, validate facilitators, attest attendance and complete post-class procedures.
• Review and analyze reporting to verify attendance data and timely credit awarding.
• Think critically to address tech and compliance issues during live events while maintaining professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues to Sr Production Specialist or Production Leaders.
