EY is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist - Senior Associate in Buenos Aires to plan and deliver classroom-based and online courses. You will work with the Delivery Program Manager to create forecasts, assign venues, manage registrations, and coordinate instructors.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting skills, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors; you will publish offerings in the LMS and monitor attendance, ensuring accurate credit awards and scalable delivery across multiple

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of learning or meeting and event services experience.
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong budgeting and financial skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create delivery plans for classroom-based or virtual courses in conjunction with the Delivery Program Manager and Assistant Delivery Program Manager.
• Develop forecasts with projected dates, locations, and an estimate of the number of classes and attendees.
• Publish scheduled offerings and content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Determine class participants, timing, session counts, and general course planning.
• Manage the class rosters and escalate when minimum attendee numbers are not met.
• Coordinate with Travel, Meeting & Events (TME) for event locations and related social activities.
• Coordinate with Virtual Producers for virtual learning.
• Block and manage sleeping rooms and meeting space with Travel, TME, and hotels.
