EY is seeking a Delivery Associate to coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning within the Learning and Development Deployment team. Responsibilities include reviewing registration and credit awards, setting up classrooms, and acting as the main contact for facilitators and participants.

The role requires collaboration with the delivery team, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and learning management systems. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1-3 years of learning, meeting and event services experience.
• Experience in a professional services or corporate environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning.
• Review registration records and credit award amounts.
• Serve as point of contact for facilitators and participants.
• Ensure setup of classrooms and LMS publication.
• Collaborate with delivery team to implement improvements.
