JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Policy Manager for LATAM Wholesale KYC Operations to support onboarding and periodic reviews under AML/KYC requirements. You will interpret global policies for LATAM, build stakeholder relationships, and translate regulatory guidance into actionable practices.

In this role you will shape policies, collaborate with compliance, risk and legal teams, and help maintain high standards while supporting your professional development across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, Risk or Audit.
• Strong understanding of LATAM regulatory landscape and country-specific challenges.
• Able to translate policy changes into actionable guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and interpret changes in LATAM AML/KYC regulations and guidance; implement updates across the business.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal leaders and 2LOD teams across LATAM.
• Support business initiatives within specific KYC disciplines.
• Perform gap assessment of updates to current KYC processes; define changes to guidance and procedures.
• Directly shape operational and functional execution as SME.
• Oversee new sustainable processes with proper controls and oversight.
