AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will drive automation, tooling, and incident management to keep services reliable at scale.

The role emphasizes hands-on Kubernetes operations, observability, and capacity planning. Remote-friendly and growth-focused, with a people-first culture and enterprise clients.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting complex systems from application to infrastructure.
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents end-to-end: response, RCA, and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform with demand.
