Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, with a focus on automation, tooling, and incident management.

You will maintain observability tooling, manage incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients, and build automation to reduce manual effort while ensuring platform scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot across layers from app to infra.
• Experience with Azure or AWS public cloud.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across cloud environments.
• Leverage observability tools to ensure actionable alerts and accurate runbooks.
• Handle end-to-end incident management including RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard new clients and support platform onboarding.
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce manual work and improve performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and keep components up to date.
