AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and enhance a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. The role emphasizes automation, tooling, and incident management to keep services reliable and scalable.

You will work with observability tools, onboard new clients, and build automation to reduce manual tasks while keeping platforms up to date and performing well.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across clouds.
• Leverage observability tooling to keep alerts actionable.
• Handle end-to-end incident management with root-cause analysis.
• Onboard new clients and build automation to reduce manual effort.
• Support upgrades and keep components up to date.
