AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes) to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will drive automation, tooling, and incident management to keep services reliable and scalable.

The role emphasizes hands-on Kubernetes operations, strong Linux skills, and collaboration with observability tools. Remote-friendly, flexible work options accompany competitive USD-based pay and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production environment.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Proficient debugging and troubleshooting of complex systems from app to infra.
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Collaborate with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks and docs.
• Lead incident management end-to-end, including root-cause analysis and reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components current.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
