Fever is seeking a proactive Partner Success professional to build strong partner relationships and oversee events and projects across teams. You will drive data-informed decisions, monitor performance, and gather feedback to improve Fever’s products and operations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely delivery, while maintaining a focus on partner satisfaction and growth opportunities. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in project management or consulting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build positive working relationships with excellent communication.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to explore new ideas and exceed expectations.
• Collaborative team player, ready to take ownership and support others.
• Strategic thinker who uses data to drive decisions and address partnership challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners as a trusted advisor and align Fever’s capabilities with partner goals.
• Oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely execution.
• Monitor partner performance by defining KPIs, analyzing data, and delivering growth-focused strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and develop tailored partner solutions.
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational improvements.
• Advocate for partners’ needs by understanding Fever's processes and contributing to team initiatives.
