Fever is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to act as the technical anchor, SME for internal tools, and the bridge for our support ecosystem. You will own specialized workflows, escalate complex cases, and mentor team reps while driving operational improvements.

You will develop playbooks, document processes, and lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, hybrid Buenos Aires environment.

Formación

• Experience leading teams or initiatives with project execution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deconstruct complex issues.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage non-standard or sensitive escalation cases and provide specialist resolution.
• Develop deep tool and workflow SME knowledge for the team.
• Lead and train Partner Support Representatives on edge cases and workflows.
• Investigate root causes, pilot new processes, and drive improvements.
• Create and maintain advanced documentation, playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Drive internal workflow projects and report progress to squads.
