Fever in Buenos Aires is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of large events, from contract to close. You will coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high standards.

You will liaise with product, engineering and partnerships, document requirements, and maintain Q&A for user support. Some events may require on-site presence to launch or key milestones.

Formación

• 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments to ensure timely delivery.

Responsabilidades

• You will manage the entire lifecycle of big events from contract signing to final closing.
• You will be the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product/engineering to document requirements.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support and ensure proper documentation.
• Occasionally be on-site during launches or key dates as required.
