Entara is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join the finance team in Buenos Aires, with hybrid/remote options. You will work closely with the Controller to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, and monthly close using QuickBooks Enterprise.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 1–2 years of experience, fluent English, and a strong eye for accuracy. This is a contractor role via Deel, offering USD compensation and an international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA track or completed.
• 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in professional services.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Suite is mandatory.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Bookkeeping: Record bills, invoices, payments, and general financial transactions accurately.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor payments, review supporting documentation, and maintain AP records.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Assist with AR activities and follow-ups.
• Reconciliations: Perform daily/monthly bank and credit card reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Month-End Close: Support the Controller with monthly close, basic journal entries, and reconciliations.
• System Maintenance: Maintain records in QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Compliance & Coding: Ensure transactions coded and documented per standards.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with reporting and audit requests.
