South Offices is seeking a general accountant in Argentina who will manage monthly accounting deliverables, review work for accuracy, and participate in closings. The role requires handling GL, P&L, and Balance Sheets while supporting A/P, A/R, payroll, and reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have GAAP knowledge, strong Excel and digital tools, and bilingual English for client communication. Interaction with HR, Finance, and CFO teams is expected, with effective client inquiries handling.

Formación

• Previous experience in general accounting.
• Experience managing multiple tasks or clients simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or other frameworks).
• Strong Excel and digital tool skills.
• Advanced / bilingual English for client communication.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with clients and teams at different levels.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly accounting deliverables and deadlines.
• Review and ensure accuracy of accounting work.
• Participate in monthly and annual closings.
• Prepare and analyze the General Ledger, P&L, and Balance Sheets.
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, CFO, etc.).
• Respond to client accounting inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax processes.
