Grid Dynamics is seeking an entry-level Accountant based in Buenos Aires City to join our hybrid team at Parque Patricios. The role involves bank reconciliations, AR/AP support, and routine financial activities.

You will work with our Finance team to ensure accurate records, assist audits, and grow your accounting skills in a corporate setting. Fluency in English and eagerness to learn are valued assets.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with AR/AP processes.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations experience is a plus.
• Basic invoicing, payment processing and account analysis knowledge desirable.
• Conversational English in a corporate environment.
• Previous professional experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for an entry-level Accountant based in Buenos Aires City who can regularly attend our Parque Patricios office as part of the hybrid working model.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities, including ARCA invoicing, receipt posting, AR reporting, customer collections, and billing follow-up.
• Support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice entry, preparation of payment proposals, and vendor payment notifications.
• Perform basic account analysis and reconciliation activities.
• Provide documentation and operational support for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on administrative and accounting activities as required.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending administrative and financial items.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Familiarity with bank and credit card reconciliations is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, and account analysis is desirable.
• Intermediate or conversational English sufficient to communicate in a corporate environment.
• Previous professional experience is a plus but not mandatory.
