Bay Business Group is seeking a remote Associate Staff Accountant based in Argentina to support our Client Accounting Services team. You’ll handle day-to-day transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple small businesses and nonprofits using cloud accounting tools.

This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career with exposure to Real-world client books, learning opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or in progress with relevant experience.
• 2-5 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or CAS environment.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with cloud accounting software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Record and code daily transactions to general ledger with proper classifications.
• Assist monthly reconciliations for bank, cards, loans and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare schedules for key balance sheet accounts and support AP/AR processes.
• Process payroll data, post payroll journals, and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Produce monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Communicate with team and clients to clarify items and resolve variances.
