Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an Italian-speaking STR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a short-term rental portfolio. You will communicate with guests in Italian and English, handle inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and issue resolution across Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.

You will coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and listings, monitor calendars, and assist with pricing and property information.

Qualifications

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in Short-Term Rentals, Property Management, Hospitality, or Guest Services preferred.
Familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.

Responsibilities

Communicate with guests in Italian and English through Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email, and messaging platforms.
Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, check-in/check-out questions, and issue resolution.
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related services.
Monitor reservations, calendars, availability, and guest information.
Assist with listing updates, pricing, and property information.
Respond promptly to guest concerns and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and follow STR procedures.
Monitor reviews and guest feedback and elevate issues when necessary.
