BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will engage via phone, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to resolution.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian and English with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and a passion for travel.

Formación

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, relevant information.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest process improvements.
• Stay up to date with products and policies through training.
