AppDirect is seeking an ITAD Operations Associate to join the Global Operations team. You will manage ITAD workflows, coordinate with warehouses, and drive financial processes and data infrastructure for the ITAD program in a hybrid setup.

You’ll work with Google Sheets, Parabola, and Retool to build repeatable processes and ensure accurate reporting, with a strong emphasis on ownership and communication across Finance, Ops, and Customer Success.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in auditing, billing operations, data analysis or logistics coordination.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, lookups).
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, especially over Slack and email.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel.
• Comfortable with structured SOPs, but proactive in suggesting improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all ITAD processing workflows, coordinating with warehouses and partner facilities to ensure timely shipments and processing tasks.
• Assign and monitor ITAD action queues for warehouse teams, ensuring steps follow SOPs (labeling, COD uploads, grading).
• Review data destruction and settlement reports from resale partners for reporting and audit trails.
• Gather FMV pricing data from secondary markets and trade-in partners.
• Maintain and enrich FMV estimates per device to power in-app price displays for customers.
• Run reports to surface estimated resale value (FMV) of aging devices and drive timely action.
• Reconcile device-level and order-level ITAD revenue with bank deposits for accurate credit memos.
• Collaborate with Finance to own end-to-end credit issuance workflow.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies with vendor partners.
• Own financial reporting for the ITAD program (revenue and gross margin).
• Act as primary contact between Operations, Customer Success, and Warehouse teams for ITAD workflows.
