AppDirect is seeking a detail-oriented ITAD Operations Associate to join our Global Operations team. You will own ITAD workflows, manage financial data, and coordinate with warehouse, finance, and customer teams to drive accurate reporting and reconciliations.

You will use Google Sheets, Parabola, Slack, and Retool to automate repeatable processes, maintain FMV data, and ensure timely shipment and processing tasks across warehouses, with a hybrid schedule (1 onsite + 4 remote).

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in auditing, billing operations, data analysis or logistics coordination.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, lookups).
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, especially over Slack and email.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all ITAD processing workflows, working with warehouses and external partner facilities to ensure timely execution of shipments and processing tasks.
• Assign and monitor ITAD action queues for warehouse teams, ensuring steps are followed per SOPs.
• Review and ingest data destruction reports and settlement reports from resale partners into internal systems for reporting and audit trails.
