AppDirect is seeking an ITAD Operations Associate to manage the financial side of the IT Asset Disposition program. You’ll own settlement accuracy, revenue reconciliation, and end-to-end credit workflows, working with Finance, Operations, Customer Success and Warehouse teams in a hybrid setup.

You’ll verify deposits, investigate discrepancies, and build financial reporting and breach analyses. The role offers cross-functional exposure and ongoing process improvements within a growing

Formación

• 2–5 years in reconciliation, cash applications, billing, audit, accounts payable/receivable, or financial operations.
• Demonstrated experience finding and resolving discrepancies, not just processing transactions.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets: lookups, pivots, text-to-columns, deduplication, and cleaning exports.

Responsabilidades

• Ingest settlement and revenue reports from resale and recycling partners and standardize data.
• Reconcile device-level and order-level ITAD revenue against deposits and allocate deposits to settlements.
• Investigate unmatched records, ambiguous serials and variances.
• Own end-to-end credit issuance workflow in partnership with Finance.
• Raise and resolve discrepancies directly with vendor partners.
• Own financial reporting for ITAD program and produce executive-ready summaries.
• Review and ingest Certificates of Destruction and data destruction reports and match to devices.
