AppDirect seeks an ITAD Operations Associate to own IT Asset Disposition workflows, financial data infrastructure, and cross-functional coordination with warehouse, finance, and customer teams. You will use Google Sheets, Parabola, Slack, and Retool to manage workflows and drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes operational precision, ownership, and proactive process improvements, with a flexible hybrid schedule and benefits including PTO and medical coverage.

Formación

• 3+ years of auditing, billing operations, data analysis or logistics coordination.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, lookups).
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, especially over Slack and email.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel.
• Comfortable with structured SOPs, but proactive in suggesting improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ITAD processing workflows with warehouses and partner facilities.
• Assign and monitor ITAD action queues for warehouse teams per SOPs.
• Review and ingest data destruction and settlement reports into internal systems.
• Gather FMV pricing data from secondary markets and trade-in partners.
• Maintain and enrich internal FMV estimates for device pricing displays.
• Run reports to surface estimated resale value (FMV) for aging devices.
• Reconcile ITAD revenue reports with bank deposits for credit memos.
• Collaborate with Finance for end-to-end credit issuance workflow.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies with vendor partners.
• Own financial reporting for the ITAD program, including revenue and gross margin.
• Act as primary contact between Operations, Customer Success, and Warehouse teams.
