Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–4 years of IT work experience in computer systems or support with troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides level-2 support, incident handling, problem resolution and break/fix.
• Performs hardware and software maintenance, OS utilities and security tools.
• Supports change management and documents technical operations and support.
• Develops and maintains system documentation and performs system profiling.
• Assists in disaster recovery planning and tests infrastructure security.
