Power Digital Marketing in Buenos Aires seeks an IT Helpdesk Analyst to manage our ticketing system, provide timely IT support, and align with KPIs. Based in the Buenos Aires metro area, you will assist with access, asset management, and documentation while contributing to cybersecurity efforts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in IT, 2+ years in IT support, strong English, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass; Okta is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass; Okta experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Track requests in ticketing system to improve KPI tracking.
• Support systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, LastPass.
• Perform IT maintenance and updates for systems and software.
• Manage assets and laptops for Argentina users.
• Document IT procedures and resolutions for future reference.
• Contribute to enhancing internal AI chatbot for IT queries.
