Job summary

Baker McKenzie in Buenos Aires is seeking an IT Specialist to provide technical support, administer BDMC platforms (CRM, e-marketing, events, pitches, publishing) and drive continuous improvement to back marketing and client development. You will respond to escalations, analyze issues, document findings, and coordinate resolutions, while ensuring ISMS compliance and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting BDMC technology platforms in legal settings is ideal.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to write SQL queries for data extraction.
• Experience with scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency; familiarity with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and platform administration for BDMC tech platforms.
• Serve as first responder for escalated incidents requiring analysis.
• Analyze and resolve system issues, document findings, and suggest practical fixes.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation for Global Help Desk and stakeholders.
• Prepare timely RFC submissions following the ITSM process.
• Coordinate with vendors for operational and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and security requirements.
• Support end-to-end testing and document results for improvements.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance BDMC capabilities.
