You will design, build, and maintain distributed backend services using Java and Python, with AI-assisted development workflows, Docker and Kubernetes in production, and a strong ownership mindset across a fast-paced, remote-friendly team.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in software or backend development.
• 5+ years Python production backend experience.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development in production.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems involving databases, APIs, message queues, and data processing pipelines.
• Take full ownership of features from design to monitoring.
• Build production-ready systems with reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while preserving quality.
• Participate in architectural discussions and key technical decisions.
• Continuously improve development processes and engineering standards.
