Anker Innovations is building its Argentina retail footprint and seeks a hands-on Retail Manager to lead store openings, partnerships, and in-store brand experiences. You will work with the LATAM marketing team to bring Anker brands to life in a competitive market dominated by major electronics players.

The role requires a builder mindset, on-the-ground operations, and a track record of establishing retail spaces from scratch. You will travel for store openings and coaching across Argentina.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of retail management with proven store openings in Argentina.
• Deep knowledge of Argentine retail real estate, malls, and locations.
• Fluent English and native Spanish.
• Visual merchandising and in-store execution experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30-40%.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end new store openings in Argentina from site selection to first month of operations.
• Evaluate high-potential retail locations across Buenos Aires and key secondary cities.
• Build business cases with footfall, rent-to-revenue, and payback analyses.
• Manage relationships with real estate agents, mall operators, and landlords.
• Coordinate with China HQ on retail-related requirements.
