Syneos Health in Argentina is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support across regulatory, study start-up and site activation functions. The role is based in a hybrid Argentina environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain project documentation, timelines and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree (or equivalent), 1 year of clinical operations experience, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Minimum 1 year clinical operations experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills (written and spoken English) and team-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and administrative support to one or more clinical functions.
• Coordinate documentation and communications, manage shared mailboxes and project files.
• Enter, maintain and reconcile data in project and clinical tracking systems; track milestones.
• Perform document management including creation, formatting, version control, QC.
• Translation of documents using approved vendors/systems.
• Use AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and automated reports to provide logistical and analytical support.
• Support TMF filing and related document process activities; ensure inspection-ready documentation.
• Review SOPs/WIs and maintain training/compliance; manage timesheets and monitor workload.
