IQVIA Biotech seeks a Sr. Site Contracts Associate in Buenos Aires with 3–5 years of sponsor or CRO experience in site contracting. You will develop grant estimates, craft contract and payment language, and support global study startup activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of sponsor or CRO contracting experience.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Understanding of clinical trial contract management.
• Ability to propose alternative contracting language and financial terms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and coordinate the development of investigator grants and estimates, contracting strategies and proposal text.
• Create contract language, payment language and budget templates as required.
• Maintain contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions/countries to deliver project scope.
• Provide legal, operational and financial contracting support to Study Teams.
• Assist with creation/review of core scientific, technical and administrative docs.
• Disseminate contracting intelligence for assigned studies and wider company.
• Ensure contracting efficiency and adherence to timelines and financial goals.
• Report contracting performance metrics and out-of-scope activities.
• Work with Quality Management to ensure contract management standards; mentor colleagues.
