MEDLIFE is seeking a Sales Associate to expand our mission by creating informative and life-changing experiences for volunteers. You will generate leads, qualify them, and drive multi-channel outreach to recruit student leaders and supporters across Latin America.

You will mentor volunteers and collaborate in a hybrid, remote, and cross-cultural work environment to advance MEDLIFE’s mission of improving healthcare access and education in underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates of Business Administration, International Development, Global Health or related fields (This is not a senior position).
• Native-level equivalent English skills required. (it will be evaluated by a certified institution).
• 1+ year of working experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, International development, Global health or related fields where transferables competencies have been developed.
• Experience in public speaking, working with youth, and managing volunteers.
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international development issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible about responsibilities.
• Live in Peru or flexibility to spend some seasons in Peru during our SLTs.

Responsabilités

• Generate and prospect leads through social media outreach, analyze profiles, and DM new followers to generate outbound leads and increase awareness of MEDLIFE’s mission.
• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team or relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, video calls, emails, texts) to engage prospects and maintain strong lead relationships.
• Lead info sessions, presentations, and webinars to inform, inspire, and recruit potential volunteers and student leaders.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and keep them actively engaged across multiple marketing channels.
• Mentor student leaders and support volunteers during service-learning trips, strengthening the connection with MED International.
• Perform additional volunteer-related interaction tasks as needed to support operational goals.
• Collaborate in a hybrid, remote, and cross-cultural work environment, adapting to dynamic priorities and fast-paced workflows.
