Job summary

MEDLIFE is seeking an energized Talent Development Team Lead to build leaders, culture and a performance system across the organization. You will design and run core talent programs, develop KPI-driven plans with team leads, and manage Talent Acquisition and People Administration to deliver on goals.

You will report to MEDLIFE's Founder and work with a global Leadership team, driving development plans, 360 feedback, and succession planning while reinforcing our FIRE, GROWTH and IMPECCABLE

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR, Talent Development or Organizational Development with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (HR/psychology/business/organizational development).
• Hands-on execution: built trainings, ran reviews, created scorecards.
• Coaching managers on feedback, 1:1s and difficult conversations.
• Experience in performance management and/or Learning & Development.
• Experience leading culture, recognition or engagement initiatives.
• KPI mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Process documentation and improvements.
• Knowledge of Latin America labor regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Leadership Development Program with clear KPIs.
• Lead Talent Acquisition and People Administration teams.
• Run core talent programs with support from an admin assistant.
• Define and implement SOPs for people processes and improvements.
• Lead 360 feedback, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Track KPIs and weekly scorecards with team leads.
• Foster engagement and culture initiatives.
• Support Leadership team across departments.
