Formación

• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
• English teaching or translation degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual or abroad work experience.
• Experience in tourism/airline/e-commerce is a plus.
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
• Experience in remote work positions.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to customer’s queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat.
• Identifies customer’s needs and ensures appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of interactions with details of inquiries.
• Works with a team of CS specialists and other departments to share information.
• Conducts surveys to get customer feedback.
• Analyses product malfunctions and reports to technical team.
• Shares customer requests and workarounds with team.
• Gathers customer feedback and shares with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Assists junior Customer Support Representatives and helps meet monthly goals.
