It combines office collaboration with remote client interactions in a hybrid Gauteng environment.

Ideal candidates have proven insurance brokerage experience, RE 1 qualification, and strong communication and negotiation skills, with a solid network in the financial sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar client-facing insurance sales role.
• Knowledge of a range of insurance products and the South African insurance market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• RE 1 and industry certifications are essential.
• Strong network within financial/business community is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations for insurance products (life, health, short-term, commercial).
• Source quotes from various providers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal coverage.
• Explain policy details, terms, and conditions clearly for client understanding.
• Manage client portfolios including renewals, policy adjustments, and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurance company reps.
• Adhere to regulations and ethical standards for compliant advice and transactions.
