Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics.
• Minimum three years in mining or heavy mining equipment field support/maintenance lead is a plus.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of cloud, Windows & Linux, networking is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional field service technicians in Argentina.
• Schedule and supervise field service activities.
• Conduct technical training for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Global teams to tailor field service programs.
• Track program performance and provide actionable insights.
