Formación

• 3+ years in the mining industry or as a Field Support/Maintenance Lead.
• Ability to perform technical training sessions for varied expertise levels.
• Experience in data analysis and program performance tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Regional Field Services Technicians in Argentina.
• Conduct tailored technical training for customers and internal teams.
• Implement Field Service programs to enhance operational efficiency.
