Job summary

Metso is seeking a Manager, Field Service to join our Field Services team in the South America market area. Based in San Juan, Argentina with an onsite model, you will lead the commercial and technical development of Field Services, driving growth, service excellence, and customer value.

You will report to the Director, Field Services and oversee the budget, coordinate a highly specialized team across locations, and promote QEHS compliance, safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading service, maintenance, or engineering operations within the mining industry, with executive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to drive business development and commercial growth in specialized mining services.
• Strong leadership guiding highly specialized technical teams across local and global organizations.
• Advanced knowledge in mining plant maintenance, process control, or data platforms.
• Broad understanding of OEM equipment and technologies in mining environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Field and Expert Services to drive growth and customer value.
• Lead commercial opportunities with customers and collaborate across teams to expand service offerings.
• Manage Field Services Argentina budget and P&L, meeting sales and profitability targets.
• Lead and develop a specialized technical team across multiple locations.
• Promote QEHS compliance and Metso values, inclusion, and safety culture.
