Assurant is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Argentina to support the Global Compensation team with data analysis, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and annual compensation processes. You will collaborate with HR and business partners to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices while gaining exposure to regional and global Total Rewards programs.

The role emphasizes process improvement, pay transparency, and technology-enabled initiatives as part of a highly collaborative team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience with compensation data, market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary analysis, or surveys.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for organizing, validating, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compensation analyses and prepare data-driven insights to support talent and business decisions.
• Assist with job evaluations, market pricing, benchmarking, and salary structure reviews.
• Support annual compensation programs, including salary planning, data validation, process coordination, and reporting.
• Participate in pay equity, pay transparency, compensation transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
