Accenture is seeking an HR V&A Market Practitioner to lead due diligence and HR integration work streams across acquisitions. You will assess talent trends, define solution plans, and drive end-to-end integration with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development.

In this role you’ll shape HR processes, Total Rewards implementations, and employee experience during acquisitions, delivering impact across global teams and local contexts.

Formación

• Deep experience across managing a broad range of HR programmes.
• Strong analytics using Excel to identify trends from data.
• Experience operationalising Total Rewards programmes.
• Presentation skills to deliver to deal leadership.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage due diligence data validation approach and processes.
• Assess talent trends, present findings, influence integration strategies with Global and MU HR teams.
• Estimate costs for both pre-contract and post-contract due diligence.
• Coordinate across Finance, Legal and Corporate Development professionals.
• Develop preliminary integration recommendations across HR programmes and policies.
• Plan and drive HR integration for each V&A deal from due diligence to onboarding.
• Deliver integration solutions across key HR processes and policies.
• Capture learnings and share insights across stakeholders for future acquisitions.
• Project manage onboarding of acquired employees and align with HR Operations.
