Accenture Argentina is seeking a skilled HR V&A Market Practitioner to support HR due diligence and integration across M&A projects. You will work with HR Deal Leads, finance, and legal teams to design people solutions and ensure timely delivery of work streams.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, talent trends, and developing integration plans for compensation, benefits, and HR policies, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Knowledge across HR & People Programmes: Deep experience across managing a broad range of HR programmes.
• Strong analytics/analytical skills (including strong Excel experience).
• Total Rewards experience (Compensation, Equity, Benefits, etc).
• Presentation skills (PowerPoint): Able to present to deal leadership.
• Stakeholder and relationship management across multiple teams.
• Project management and leadership across all levels of staff.
• Risk identification and mitigation with solution development experience.
• Understanding of HR systems (HR ERP, performance tools).
• Financial exposure and commercial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage due diligence data validation approach and processes.
• Assess talent trends and risks; present findings to influence integration strategies.
• Estimate costs for both pre-contract and post-contract due diligence.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and Corporate Development professionals.
• Develop preliminary integration plans for key HR decisions (compensation, benefits, retirement, payroll).
• Build relationships to develop integration recommendations across HR functions.
• Drive the development of performance and retention plans for acquired workforce.
• Plan and drive HR integration activities for each V&A deal.
• Deliver integration solutions across HR processes and policies.
• Lead onboarding for acquired employees and ensure a successful joiner experience.
• Capture learnings and share across stakeholders for future acquisitions.
