Accenture is seeking an HR V&A Market Practitioner to join deal teams across acquisitions, delivering HR due diligence and integration work streams with a focus on talent, compensation, benefits, and culture. You will partner with Global and MU HR teams, deal leads, and acquired leadership to design practical HR solutions and enable smooth transitions.

Formación

• Knowledge across HR & People Programmes and HR policies.
• Strong analytics/analytical skills, with ability to derive trends from data.
• Experience with Total Rewards concepts (Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
• Excellent presentation skills to convey findings to leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels and functions.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive colleagues toward deadlines.
• Ability to identify risk and articulate mitigations to stakeholders.
• Understanding of HR systems and how they enable HR processes.
• High commercial awareness and ability to align HR strategies with financial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage HR due diligence data validation approaches.
• Assess talent trends and risks, influence integration strategies with HR leads.
• Estimate costs for pre/post-diligence and coordinate with Finance/Legal teams.
• Develop preliminary integration plans for HR decisions (compensation, benefits, career architecture).
• Drive integration recommendations with Global and local HR leads.
• Plan and manage end-to-end onboarding for acquired employees.
• Capture learnings and share insights across stakeholders.
