Accenture is seeking a seasoned professional in corporate development and strategy to support deals, strategy formulation, and integration planning. You will partner with internal teams and external advisors to shape inorganic growth opportunities, assess targets, and develop actionable business cases.

Key responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence coordination, and the execution of post-merger integration planning to ensure strategic and cultural alignment across global teams.

Formación

• Deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow.
• Experience in shaping corporate strategy and growth initiatives.
• Advanced modeling of business cases for potential acquisitions.
• Expertise in industry and competitive research.
• Experience evaluating companies and performing market analyses.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external advisors on deals.
• Collaborate with business units to understand objectives and inorganic growth plans.
• Conduct research to identify potential acquisition candidates.
• Build financial models to value M&A targets.
• Assist in structuring transactions and negotiating with counterparties.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence with global teams evaluating fit, risks and mitigations.
• Create business cases with clear objectives for approvals.
• Support PMI planning with key success factors from both front and back office.
• Develop tools to enhance execution and integration of M&A activities.
